This is our story . . . .

        This is our trip down memory lane and how we ended up here today.... It all starts with having our boy Dalton. He is all boy so we have tried T-ball, baseball, soccer, basketball, football etc and to our suprise he didn't like any of them. T-ball and baseball was boring so he played in the dirt, basketball not so much fun either, football he didn't like hitting others and being hit, and soccer was co ed and he was taught to be nice to girls so he would not take the ball away from them because he didn't want to kick them. He has been in Cub Scouts this entire time and he really likes it but we needed something for him to do other than just scouts. So we got him a couple rabbits and he took to caring for animals like a pig takes to mud. So we eventually went to our first rabbit show on April 26, 2009 at the Johnson Co. show. Since then we have started raising four varities of rabbits. From there we got chickens, quail, turkey and goats not to mention dog, cats, cavy and one fish. All of this is for Dalton, our son to be able to do 4H. To our surprise we as a family have joined clubs and made lots of new friends I think it has gave us something to enjoy as a family. Between rabbit shows and running his Cub scout pack we stay very busy. We have a lot of fun even though we are busy.
